My approach is warm, supportive, and centred entirely around you. Together, we can work with the conscious and unconscious mind where many of our patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses are stored, and help you access the clarity and resources already within you.
Within our sessions, attention begins to move away from what feels limiting and towards what becomes possible. I draw on a blend of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Parts Therapy, Psychodynamic techniques, mindfulness, and holistic practices. You’re supported in entering a pleasant state of awareness, and through hypnotherapy, we can begin to reframe unhelpful thought patterns at a deeper level, allowing new, more supportive ways of thinking and feeling to emerge naturally.
Working with the natural connection between mind and body, we gently explore the root of what’s been holding you back, allowing shifts to take place at a deeper level, and supporting a renewed sense of balance, wellbeing and emotional clarity.
Alongside this, I integrate Angelic Reiki where appropriate, offering an option to blend a gentle, high-frequency energy therapy that works to restore balance on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. This can also support a deeper relaxation, emotional release, and a greater sense of balance.
Your experience is entirely individual, and while many clients notice meaningful and lasting change within 5-6 sessions, the pace and direction of the work are always led by you.
